病例组合的统计分类——医疗卫生管理的一项基础研究

Statistical Classification in Case Mix—the Foundation of Medical Care Administration Study,

目的：论证病例组合的统计分类是医疗卫生管理的一项基础研究。方法：从病例组合的定义、应用范围、历史回顾到具体的统计方法，论述进行该项研究的重要意义。结果：４万病例的ＡＩＤ分类预实验，形成了１３２个病例组合。

Objective:To conclude the study of case mix is the foundation of medical care administration.Methods:By describing the definition,usage,history and statistics methods of case mix,to examine the significance of case mix measures in reimbursing the hospital,monitoring the quality of Patient care,and estimating of input—output functions.Result:Case mix scheme of 132 groups was constructed by AID algorithm on the base of a sample of 40,000 military discharge records.Conclusion:The study of caes mix is necessary and feasible.
