Long Term Effect of Tangshan Earthquake on Mental and Physical Health of It's Suffers

目的：对唐山大地震受难者心身健康的远期影响进行调查研究。方法：以亲历唐山大地震且有一级亲属震亡者为研究组，对照组为亲历唐山大地震而无一级亲属震亡者。总共１６９５例受试者完成了此项调查研究，其中研究组８５８例（５０．６％）；对照组８３７例（４９．４％）。结果：显示研究组现在心身健康程度低于对照组，表现在症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ－９０）总分和各个因子分、焦虑自评量表（ＳＡＳ）总分和标准分、抑郁自评量表（ＳＤＳ）总分、康奈尔健康问卷（ＣＭＩ）中诸多项目分数均高于对照组。另外，研究组中现患高血压、脑血管疾病者比例高于对照组。表明重大心理创伤会对受害者产生持久性应激效应，会长期地影响他们的心身健康。同时亦证实有亲人震亡和无亲人震亡的心理感受是不同的。
