摘要 本文报告羟基磷灰石(HA)钛合金复合材料种植牙的溶血、细胞毒性、急性毒性、局部刺激性试验研究.结果显示复合材料的溶血率低于3%,具有良好的血液相溶性,体外细胞培养无明显的细胞毒性作用;小鼠的急性毒性试验亦未见任何毒性反应,兔耳廓下注射、兔腿四头肌内注射复合材料浸泡液未见刺激性反应. The tests of haemolysis,cytotoxicity,short-term toxicity,and local irritation of the hydroxiapatite bioceramic titanium alloy for making implant tooth have been carried out. The result shows that the haemolysis rate of the material is less than 3 percent and has a good blood compatibility.There are no cytotoxicity effects in vitro cell culture and any animal toxicity effects in vivo acute mice toxicity test.The local irritation reaction was not found after that the liquid of the hydroxiapatite bioceramic titanium alloy was injected into the skin of the ear and muscle of the leg of rabbits. It is concluded that using hydroxiiapatite bioceramic titanium alloy to make implant tooth has reliable biological safety in clinical application.
