牙间隙与食物嵌塞相互关系的初步探讨

The Relation Between Dental (Contact) Space and Food Impaction——a Primary Study

在固定修复中，要完成一个具有良好功能的修复体，邻面接触关系不容忽视，此接触关系不良将造成食物嵌塞．正确的邻面接触关系不仅与接触区的大小和相对位置关系有关，面且与两牙之间接触区的接触紧密度大小（即牙间隙）有关．临床上检查固定修复体邻面接触关系一般是用牙线，这是一种实用且简便的方法，但没有一个具体值．本文采用牙间隙测量器对１００名牙列完整，牙周情况正常者进行测量．结果：（１）随着年龄增大牙间隙相对增大，食物嵌塞机率增大．（２）食物嵌塞好发于后磨牙区．

In fixed partial denture,if we want to finish a good functional prosthesis,the contact relation of proximal face should not be overlooked,because food impaction was caused by unhealthy contact relation.Correct contact relationship of proximal face not only relates to the range and relative position of contact area,but also relates to degree of inseparables between teeth(interdental space).Clinically,the contact relation of proximal face of fixed partial denture was checked up by the dental floss.This is a practical simple method,with no specific value,This study surveyed 100 peoples with healthy denture and periodontal condition. The resultiu with increase of age,interdental space relatively increase,meanwhile rates of food impaction increase.(2) Food impaction is susceptible to molar area.(3) Food impaction will occur when interdental space is more than 100 μm.
