摘要
生产过程中存在许多不确定性事件,其影响直接表现为生产效能方面的损失。为了减小这种影响,基于设备整体效能的角度,分析了不确定性事件对生产过程的干扰和对调度过程的影响,提出了一种基于设备整体效能的具有鲁棒性的预测调度实现方法,设计了一种基于多Agent协作机制的预测-反应式调度系统模型。仿真试验表明,该方法有助于提高调度系统抵御干扰生产的能力,增强反应式调度的应用效果。
A wide range of uncertainties would affect the Manufacturing process and resulted in product effectiveness lost directly. This paper discussed some issues related with executing production schedules in the presence of unforeseen disruptions on the shop floor, and presented a novel robust approach to solve the Predictable Scheduling Problem based on Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE). An agent-based framework used for Predictable-reactive Scheduling System was also proposed. Extensive numeric experiments had been conducted and the results had shown that the proposed approach was effective in absorbing the disruptions and solving a reactive scheduling problem.
