摘要
中职教师心理健康问题产生的原因很多,它是在外界压力和自身心理素质的互动下形成的。解决中职教师心理健康问题应从三个方面着手:首先,中职教师自身应加强心理健康的自我调适,正确认识自己,真诚接纳他人,以积极心态对待自我和周围世界;其次,中职学校及教育行政主管部门要营造一个关心教师心理健康的环境,做好职前筛选、职前培训、职业培训工作,建立教师心理咨询、心理援助的机构;再次,从社会层面讲,要促进中职教师群体的职业化,在政策和学校自主权之间形成一种平衡,并且为中职学校和教师提供充足的、易于获取的资源,达到缓解教师职业压力、促进其心理健康的目的。
The mental disorder of teachers in secondary vocational schools is caused by external pressure and psychological quality of the teachers. Some measures should be taken to tackle the problem of mental disorder of teachers in secondary vocational schools: Firstly, the teachers in secondary vocational schools should adapt to the new situation, have appropriate recognition of themselves, embrace others sincerely, hold positive attitude towards themselves and the world around them. Secondly, secondary vocational schools and education administrative authorities should try to create a good environment of caring for the mental health of teachers. A lot of measures can be taken: selecting teachers carefully, arranging the potential teachers to accept training and carrying out professional training. Psychological consultation institutes should be set up to provide teachers with advice concerning mental problems. Lastly, the community should help the teachers become professionals, seek balance between policies and the autonomic management of the schools, and provide the secondary vocational schools and teachers with adequate, acquirable resources so as to help lessen the teachers' professional pressure and achieve the goal of being mentally healthy.
