基于广义强度模型的焊接空心球节点承载力分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用通用软件ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL和用户编程功能UPFs,将静水应力型广义屈服模型编制成子程序模块,完成了ANSYS二次开发.对承受轴拉力作用的120个空心球节点进行了基于广义屈服模型的数值模拟分析,研究了圆钢管杆件和空心球节点连接区域的应力分布.根据金属椭球面断裂准则,对空心球节点开裂位置进行了断裂预测,并给出了不同型号的空心球节点承载力设计值. Based on ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL) and User Programmable Features (UPFs) ,the secondary development of ANSYS was implemented with the subroutines of generalized hy- drostatic yield model. Numerical simulation was done on 120 hollow spherical joints of space truss under the axial tension. Stress distribution was studied for the connection zone between the steel tube and hollow spherical joints. Fracture forecast and design suggestions were also given for hollow spherical joints based on the ellipsoidal fracture criterion.
