慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的社会支持对其服药依从性的影响

Effects of social support on medication compliance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的调查慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的社会支持状况及其对患者服药依从性的影响。方法应用肖水源的"社会支持评定量表"和Morisky服药依从性问卷,调查60例住院COPD患者所获得的社会支持及其服药依从性情况,并根据服药依从性结果对患者进行分组,分析不同依从性患者的社会支持各维度的得分情况。结果服药依从性佳的患者其社会支持的主观支持、客观支持、个人对支持的利用度3个维度的得分均高于服药依从性不佳的患者,二者比较,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论COPD患者的社会支持影响其服药依从性,支持性好的患者其依从性也较佳。

Objective To investigate the social support of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） and its impact on medication compliance. Methods XIAO Shui-yuan＇s ＂social support rating scale＂ and the Morisky medication adherence questionnaire were used to investigate the social support and medication compliance of 60 in-patients with COPD. Then according to the different medication compliance, we divided the patients into two groups and analyzed the social support scores of various dimensions of each group. Results The scores of the utilization of subjective support and objective support as well as personal support availability of patients with good medication compliance were higher than those with poor medication compliance and the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Social support in patients with COPD affects medication compliance. Those with good social support also have better medication compliance.
