摘要
从认知语用学的角度分别运用心理空间理论、概念整和理论、关联理论、顺应论和图式理论对英语中出现的歧义现象进行动态解读,弥补了先前学者从语义与句法等角度静态解读歧义之不足,为歧义现象的阐释提供一个新的视角。
This paper attempts to approach English ambiguity systematically from the perspective of cognitive pragmatics by means of the theories of mental space, conceptual integration and blending, relevance, adaptation, and script, which may compensate the drawbacks resulted from the previous study done by semantic and syntactic scholars and carves out a new viewpoint for expounding English ambiguity.
