Fault Tree Analysis of Failure of Talent in Independent Institute

将人才培养作为一项系统工程,学生不能完成学业视作故障或者失效。应用可靠性理论,从故障树的分析入手,利用布尔代数运算,从独立学院学生、教师、家庭和学校四个方面进行剖析,找出学生不能完成学业的原因,提出促进独立学院学生完成学习任务一系列措施。

Talent training is a system engineering,it will be regarded as failure if the students can not complete the studies. Based on the reliable theory the analysis of fault tree, and the Boolean calculation, this paper has done research into the study, the teacher, the family and the independent institute to find out the reasons why the students can not complete academic task. This paper puts forward a series of measures to promote the students to complete their task of study.
