Analysis of the Athletic Ability Structure and Its Constituents for High Level Aerobics Athletes

以运动训练学为依托,从高水平健美操运动员竞赛的特点出发,通过问卷调查、专家访谈和相关的理论与实证研究,认为艺术实力是高水平健美操运动员完美完成动作的一种艺术表达能力,是获取高分的重要因素。高水平健美操运动员的竞技能力结构可以划分为竞技实力和发挥能力两部分,其中竞技实力是竞技能力的核心因子,它包括运动员的体能、技能和艺术实力;发挥能力是竞技能力的催化因子,它包括运动员的调节能力和意志力。

Based on sports training and the characteristics of high level aerobics athletes, together with questionaires, interviews with experts and relevant theoretical and empirical research, this paper holds the view that artistic strength is a perfect artistic expression for athletes to perform and score high. The athletic ability structure consists of athletic strength and performance. The former is the core which includes the athletes＇ physical, technical and artistic strength, the latter is the catalytic factor which includes the athletes＇ adjustment ability and willpower.
