阑尾粘液囊肿的诊断和治疗

Appendiceal Mucocele:Diagnosis and Treatment

阑尾粘液囊肿早期诊断较为困难,易误诊为急性阑尾炎或阑尾包块而手术,疗效欠佳。对于右下腹部慢性疼痛,经 X 线,B 超、CT 检查有粘液囊肿可疑的病人,介绍经内窥镜阑尾插管造影的方法以明确诊断。所报道15例中8例是用内窥镜插管造影确诊后,作择期阑尾切除,疗效满意。

Appendiceal mucocele,a difficult diagnostic problem,is usually misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis or appendiceal abcess with poor postoperative results in case of patient having right lower quadrant abdominal pain,being impressionally diagnosed as appendiceal mucocele by X-ray,sonography or CT examinations,endoscopic vermography can be used make a definitive diagnosis.In 15 cases of appendiceal mucocele here reported,8 cases were correctly diagnosed by vermography and selective excisions were done with good postoperative results.
