摘要
根据数字化变电站的需求,兼顾即将颁布的新国家标准,开发实现新型数字化故障录波及分析装置。遵循IEC61850通信规约,能接收和处理IEC61850-9-1、IEC61850-9-2、GOOSE、SNTP共4种报文格式的数据;并可将数据远传至其他监控和信息处理系统,既支持IEC61850通信规约,也支持传统的103规约。硬件系统基于高性能的嵌入式无风扇工业计算机,软件设计采用国际成熟的工业级嵌入式管理操作系统XPe(Windows XP Embedded)。
The fault recorder and analyzer which is described in the paper is a new digital fault recorder and analyzer, which can fulfill all the requirements of digitalized substations and the new national standard. It can receive the sampled values and as well can send messages and data to other systems, which is defined according to the specification in IEC61850. Its hardwares base on the industrial computer with high performance but without fan and its softwares base on the well-developed industrial embedded operating system-XPe（Windows XP Embedded）.
