摘要
目的探讨自由基氧化反应在高血压视网膜病变中的损伤作用。方法应用黄嘌呤氧化酶法分别测定12周、18周和24周自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)和同周龄正常京都种大鼠(WKY)视网膜组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性;硫代巴比妥酸法分别测定12周、18周、24周SHR和同周龄WKY大鼠视网膜组织丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果各周龄SHR视网膜组织中SOD活性较同周龄WKY减弱,MDA含量升高(P<0.05);不同周龄的SHR视网膜组织中SOD活性和MDA含量差异有显著性(P<0.05);随SHR的周龄增长SOD活性减弱,MDA含量增高。
Objective\ To explore the role of oxidative reaction of free radicals in the retinal damage after hypertension.\ Methods\ The activities of retinal superoxide dismutases(SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in the retina of 12weekold,18weekold and 24weekold spontaneously hypertensive rat(SHR) and WistarKyoto(WKY) rat were studied.\ Results\ The activities of SOD in retina of SHR reduced,and they gradually reduced as the SHR were elder.\ The content of MDA in the retina of SHR increased,and it gradually increased as the SHR were elder.\ Conclusion\ The oxidative reactions of free radicals participate in the retinal damage after hypertension.
