摘要 目的研究小鼠透明带溶解液诱导人精子顶体反应的效果,建立人精子顶体反应模型。方法正常生育力人精子经Biggers,WhitenandWhitinghammedium(BWW)获能5~6h后,分别用小鼠透明带溶解液(mZPS)、mZPS的缓冲液halogenbufer(HB)、Ca2+载体A23187处理1h;对实验和对照组精子用经典的豌豆凝集素(PSA)法检测顶体反应。结果mZPS组的顶体反应率高于对照组。结论mZPS能诱导人精子顶体反应,透明带诱导精子顶体反应具有一定的种间交叉性。 Objective\ To investigate the induction of acrosome reaction in human spermatozoa by solubilized mouse zona pellucida(mZPS). \ Methods\ The swimmingup spermatozoa were incubated in Biggers,Whitten and Whittingham medium(BWW) for 5~6 hours at 37℃,and then treated,with mZPS,halogen buffer(the buffer of mZPS),or wellknown acrosome reaction activators calcium ionophose A23187 respectively.\ After an hour.the percentages of acrosomereacted spermatozoa identified by fluoresceinated pisumsativum agglutinin(PSA)and visuallized by fluorescence microscopy.\ Results\ The acrosome reaction rate after spermatozoa treated with mZPS for 1 hour was higher than negative controls. \ Concluslon\ Solubilized mouse zona pellucida are capable of inducing acrosome reaction in human spermatozoa.
