摘要
目的通过乙烯-乙烯醇-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVALVA)的制备,研究其对药物的控释性能、控释机理。方法采用均相法制备EVALVA,以薄膜法测定药物氟尿嘧啶、氟啶酸、炔诺酮的透膜性能。结果以均相法制备的EVALVA,能很好地控制乙酰基的水解度。控释结果均具有爆破效应,并能稳定释药20天以上。结论EVALVA对药物的释药速率的影响因素:(1)EVALVA中乙酰基的含量,(2)药物本身的特性,(3)药物与EVALVA上羟基的相互作用;当EVALVA处于某一组成时,其释药速率最低。
Objective\ To study the controlled release matrics and controlled release mechanism of ethylenevinyl alcoholvinyl acetate copolymers(EVALVA).\ Methods\ EVALVA was prepared in a homogeneous reaction medium.\ The drug releasing rate was calculated by determining the concentration of the drug in the solution.\ Results\ The concentration of vinyl content in EVALVA could be well controlled.\ The results showed that the controlled release matrics could release drug steadily over 20 days after a boosting process.\ Conclusion\ This research shows that there are 3 factors effecting the drug releasing rate.\ (1)The vinyl content in EVALVA.\ (2)The characteric of the drugs.\ (3)The interaction between the drug and hydroxyl in EVALVA.\ The releasing rate is the lowest when the vinyl content in EVALVA is specific.
