摘要
目的:探讨Notch-1及其配体Jagged-1在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测Notch-1和Jag-ged-1在52例膀胱移行细胞癌组织和10例正常膀胱组织中的表达,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果:52例膀胱癌组织中Notch-1和Jag-ged-1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为76.9%(40/52)和75.0%(39/52)。10例正常膀胱组织中Notch-1阳性表达率为40.0%(4/10),Jagged-1阳性表达率为50.0%(5/10)。随着膀胱癌病理分级和临床分期的增高,Notch-1和Jagged-1蛋白的阳性表达率均增高,P<0.05。复发组Notch-1和Jagged-1蛋白的阳性表达率均高于未复发组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。Notch-1和Jagged-1的表达强度之间呈明显正相关,r=0.316,χ2=5.200,P=0.013。结论:Notch-1及其配体Jagged-1可能是判断膀胱癌生物学行为的重要指标。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expressions of Notch-1 and Jaggedl in bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissues and their clinical significance. METHODS:The expressions of Notch-1 and Jagged-1 in 52 specimens of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 10 specimens of normal bladder tissues were detected by SP of immunohistoehemistry. The results were analyzed in relation to the clinical data. RESULTS: The positive rates of Notch-1 and Jagged-1 in bladder carcinoma were 76.9% (40/52) and 75.0O/oo (39/52), respectively. The positive expression rates of Notch-1 and Jagged-1 were 40.0% (4/10) and 50.0% (5/10) respectively in the 10 nomal bladder tissues. The abnormal expressions of Notch-1 and Jagged-1 were related to the tumor grade, clinical stage and recurrence,P〈0.05. Meanwhile, the correlation between Notch-1 expression and Jagged-1 expression was statistically significant (r= 0. 316, χ^2 = 5. 200, P=0. 013). CONCLUSION: Notch 1 and Jagged-1 may be important prognostic indicators and potentially useful for assessing the biological behavior of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
