摘要 目的:总结国内外对生物活性肽抗肿瘤机制的研究现状。方法:以"生物活性肽、多肽、肿瘤和细胞凋亡"等为关键词,应用CNKI中文数据库和PubMed英文数据库,检索1998-2008年相关活性肽抗肿瘤方面的文献,共收集142篇关于活性肽方面的文章,纳入标准:1)合成多肽抗肿瘤作用机制的研究;2)生物活性肽抗肿瘤作用机制的研究;3)抗肿瘤药物作用机制研究。根据纳入标准,选取40篇具有代表性的与本研究有关的文献进行分析。结果:生物活性肽可通过抑制肿瘤新生血管生成、调控蛋白降解、干扰肿瘤细胞DNA合成、调控细胞周期及诱导细胞凋亡等多种机制发挥抗肿瘤作用。结论:生物活性肽具有很好的抑制肿瘤生长作用,且毒副反应小,它的开发利用和进一步深入研究具有重要意义。 OBJECTIVE: To summarize the situation of the research on the anti-cancer mechanism of bioactive peptides. METHODS.. The databases such as CNKI and PubMed were used to search documents about bioactive peptides from 1998--2008, with "bioactive peptide, polypeptide, tumor and cell apoptosis" as the key words. A total of 142 articles were collected. Standards of getting in.. l)about the mechanism of antitumor effect of synthetic peptides; 2)about the mechanism of antitumor effect of bioactive peptides; 3)about the mechanism of antitumor drugs. According to the above standards, a total of 40 representative focus literature were selected into analysis. RESULTS:Bioactive peptides can exert an antitumor effect by various mechanisms, including anti-angiogenesis, protein degradation regulation, interference of DNA synthesis in tumor cells, cell cycle regulation or inducing cell apoptosis and so on. CONCLUSIONS: Bioactive peptide has the function of retarding tumor growth with little poisonous side effect. The further studies and the exploitation would be of great importance.
