Survivin表达与食管鳞癌放化疗及其预后相关性的研究 被引量:2

Relationship between Survivin expression and prognosis of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma receiving chemoradiotherapy

摘要 目的:探讨食管鳞癌组织Survivin的表达情况及其与食管鳞癌临床病理因素及预后的关系。方法:收集中山大学附属肿瘤医院2001-01-01-2006-06-30连续收治112例接受同期放化疗的食管鳞癌患者的临床及病理资料,并应用免疫组化法检测其治疗前肿瘤组织中Survivin的表达情况。分析Sur-vivin的表达情况与各临床病理因素之间的相关性,并采用生存分析方法,寻找影响食管鳞癌预后的独立因素。结果:Survivin的表达可见于肿瘤细胞的胞质和(或)胞核内,胞核表达率为67.8%,胞质表达率为65.2%。在不同肿瘤长度、肿瘤部位、分化程度和TNM分期的食管鳞癌患者中,Survivin在核内或胞质内的表达差异均无统计学意义,P均>0.05。生存分析结果显示,核内和胞质内的Survivin表达对预后均无明显影响。结论:Survivin可能不是食管鳞癌的预后因素,应用免疫组化法检测Survivin对评估食管鳞癌放化疗的预后意义不大。 OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between Survivin and the clinicopathologic characteristics and prognosis of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) that received chemoradiotherapy(CRT). METHODS: The clinicopathologic and follow-up data of 112 patients with ESCC, who underwent CRT from 01 Jan. 2001 to 30 Jun. 2006, were analyzed retrospectively. The expression of Survivin in 112 cases of ESCC tissues before treatment was detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC). The relationship between Survivin expression and clinicopathologic factors was examined. The survival analysis was performed to find independent prognosis factors. RESULTS: Survivin in cytoplasm and nucleus immunoreativity was observed in 65.2% and 67.8% of patients respectively. Survivin expressed in nucleus or cytoplasm was not correlated with all clinicopathologic factors including tumor length, location, differentiation, T-stage, N stage, M-stage (P〉 0.05). Survival analysis demonstrated that Survivin was not correlated with the prognosis of patients with ESCC who received CRT. CONCLUSIONS: Survivin is not a prognosis factor for ESCC, and the detection of Survivin by IHC is of minor value for evaluating prognosis of patients with ESCC who receive CRT.
