摘要
目的:探讨肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中分布的临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色二步法,检测67例子宫内膜样腺癌的肿瘤内和肿瘤边缘的CD68、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)、雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)的表达。结果:肌层浸润深度≥1/2的肿瘤内TAMs和边缘TAMs的数量均多于无浸润或浸润深度<1/2者(P=0.035,P=0.025),伴盆腔淋巴结转移的边缘TAMs数量多于不伴盆腔淋巴结转移者,P=0.001;MMP-2阳性的边缘TAMs数量较多,P=0.014;肿瘤内和肿瘤边缘的TAMs与ER(或PR)的表达均未发现相关性,P>0.05。结论:TAMs参与了子宫内膜样腺癌侵袭转移过程;尽早明确TAMs与子宫内膜样腺癌性激素受体表达之间的关系,有助于为子宫内膜癌患者探索出另一条治疗途径。
OBJECTIVE: To explore initially effect of tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs) on endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues. METHODS: Immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect CD68, matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) expression in tumor tissues and margin tissues of 67 specimens of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. RESULTS: Both of the number of margin TAMs and intratumor TAMs with invasing myometrium ≥1/2 were significantly higher than that with invasing myometrium 〈 1/2 and preinvasive cases (P = 0. 035; P 0. 025), and the number of margin TAMs was significantly higher in ca ses with pelvic lymph node metastases(P=0. 001). The number of margin TAMs with MMP2 positive cases was significantly higher than MMP-2 negative cases in margin tissues (P=0. 014). There was no significant correlation between ER (PR) and TAMs in tumor tissues and margin tissues in this study(P〉0.05). CONCLUSIONS: TAMs plays a crucial role in endometrioid adenocarcinoma invasion, and metastases. It is helpful to endometrial carcinoma patients if the relationship between TAMs and gonadal hormone receptor in endometrioid adenocarcinoma to be explored early.
