摘要
在培养的猪肺动脉平滑肌细胞上观察内皮素-1 对第二信使系统的影响。实验发现内皮素-1促进肺动脉平滑肌细胞内钙释放,继之以外钙内流;使三磷酸肌醇骤增后下降;对细胞内环腺苷酸和环鸟苷酸量无明显影响。
Endothelin-1, the most potent vasoconstrictor ever known, evoked two phase responses in [Ca2+]i in single pulmonary artery smooth muscle cell (PAMC), an initial Ca2+ release from intracellular calcium pool which might be mobilized by IP3, and the plateform elevation derived from Ca2+ influx. It induced a transient increase of IP3 and exerted no remarkable influence on cGMP and cAMP in PASMC.
