摘要
目的:观察局部注射羟基乙酸对裸鼠移植性肝癌的治疗作用,为临床应用此方法治疗肝癌提供实验依据。方法:建立裸鼠移植性肝癌模型,分别注入不同浓度的羟基乙酸及无水乙醇,观察治疗后裸鼠肿瘤体积及器官组织超微结构的变化。结果:羟基乙酸对裸鼠移植瘤治疗效果显著,治疗组裸鼠肿瘤体积明显小于无水乙醇组(P<0.05),光镜与电镜观察结果进一步证实羟基乙酸对裸鼠肿瘤产生了更强大的坏死作用。结论:羟基乙酸的肿瘤灭活效应明显大于无水乙醇,有望作为一种新的化学灭活剂代替无水乙醇局部注射治疗肝癌。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of local hydroxyacetic acid injection in treatment of transplanted liver car- cinoma in nude mice. Methods: BALB/c nude mice models of transplanted liver carcinoma were established and hydroxyacetic acid at a series of concentrations and ethanol were respectively injected into carcinoma of nude mice. The si- zes of neoplasms were observed, and the necrosis degrees were confirmed by an independent pathologist and electron mi- croscopy. Results:Hydroxyacetic acid inhibited the growth of liver carcinoma in nude mice. The size of neoplasm of the hydroxyacetic acid group was significantly smaller than that of the ethanol group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and pathohistology and elec- tron microscopy confirmed that the necrosis was more serious in the former group. Conclusion: Hydroxyaeetic acid could destroy effectively transplanted neoplasms in nude mice and might replace local injection of ethanol in treatment of human liver carcinoma.
