基于尿负荷试验结果分析我军重度劳动部队维生素C推荐摄入量

摘要 目的:探讨我军重度劳动部队推荐的维生素C摄入量。方法:选择南北方炮兵、装甲兵11个基层部队,共285人,采用膳食调查、体格检查、4 h尿负荷试验法评价维生素C营养状况。结果:各调查单位膳食维生素C摄入量为110.5~147.8 mg;4 h维生素C尿负荷试验结果表明,各调查单位维生素C营养状况处于正常状态人员占69.5%,处于不足状态的人员占30.5%;体格检查发现31人有维生素C缺乏症状。通过相关分析得出我军重度劳动部队膳食维生素C推荐摄入量至少不应低于140 mg。结论:我军重度劳动部队膳食维生素C推荐摄入量可为140 mg,今后应采用其他方法进一步研究维生素C推荐摄入量。 Objective: To investigate recommended vitamin C intake for military personnel in heavy labor units. Methotis: Eleven units were selected from different regions. Dietary survey,physical examination and 4 h vitamin C urinary load test were used to evaluate the vitamin C status. Results:Dietary vitamin C intake among different units ranged from 110.5 to 147.8 rag. Results of 4 h vitamin C urinary load test suggested that 30.5% subjects were in insufficient status while 69.5% subjects were in normal status. Thirty-one persons had the signs of vitamin C deficiency. It was calculated that rec- ommended vitamin C intake should not less than 140 mg based on urinary load test. Conclusion :The recommended vitamin C intake is 140 mg for military personnel in heavy labor units. Other methods are needed for further investigation on recom- mended vitamin C intake.
