庆大霉素致损后鸡耳蜗毛细胞再生的放射自显影研究

Autoradiographic Study in the Regeneration of Hair Cells of the Chicken Cochlea Following Gentamycin Toxicity

７ｄ龄纯种伊沙鸡连续皮下注射硫酸庆大霉素１０ｄ，用药经４ｄ开始肌肉注射氘标记胸腺嘧啶核苷（＾３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ）于不同时间取出内耳基底乳头进行放射自显影（ＡＲＧ）观察。发现停药当天组标记细胞多支持细胞，位于损伤区基底膜上表层之间，第７ｄ时受损区可见到标记的成熟毛细胞，对照组未见标记的毛细胞和支持细胞，提示庆大霉素中毒后鸡基底乳头中细胞增殖活跃，基底乳头中某些支持细胞作作前体细胞。

Seven-day old chickens were given gentamycin or distilled water for 10 days,all chickens were also injected with 3H-Thymidine(3H-TdR) begining at the fourth day of this period. The basilar papillae were taken and processed for autoradiography (ARG) at different times. It was found that, on the day of drug withdrawal, group labelled cells were in the main supporting cells, located in the damaged region between the basilar membrane and the surface layer. On the 7th day mature labelled hair cells could be seen in the damaged region. No labelled hair cells and supporting cells were seen in the control group. The results showed that there was active cellular proliferation in the damaged auditory epithelia. Some of the supporting cells in the damaged region could be the precursors for regenerating hair cells by mitosis.
