MPO、TGF-β1和CD15在结肠癌组织中的表达 被引量:1

The expression of MPO, TGF-β1 and CD15 in the colon cancer's tissue

摘要 目的探讨髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、粒细胞相关抗原(CD15)在结肠癌的发生发展和淋巴结转移过程中的表达及作用。方法应用免疫组织化学法(两步法)检测了106例结肠癌组织中MPO、TGF-β1和CD15的表达。结果结肠癌中MPO、TGF-β1和CD15表达阳性率分别为62.26%、72.64%和54.72%。TGF-β1、CD15表达均与结肠癌的分化程度、浸润和转移相关(P〈0.05),MPO表达与结肠癌的分化程度相关(P〈0.05)。TGF-β1表达与MPO表达相关(P〈0.05),但CD15表达与二者表达无关。结论MPO、TGF-β1及CD15在结肠癌的发生发展及淋巴结转移过程中有一定的作用,联合检测MPO、TGF-β1和CD15表达情况,可作为分析结肠癌分化程度、淋巴结转移和预后的参考指标。 Objective To explore the expression and effect of MPO, TGF-β1 and CD15 in the progress of carcinogenesis, infiltration and metastasis. Methods The expression of TG-β1 , CD15 and MPO in 106 cases of colon carcinomas was detected using immunohistochemical method( two step method). Results The positive rates of TGF-β1, CD15 and MPO were 62.26%, 72.64% and 54.72%, respective- ly. The expression of TGF-β1 and CD15 was notably correlated with infiltration and metastasis (P 〈 0.05). The expression of MPO was notably correlated with differentiation (P 〈 0.05 ). TGF-β1 expression was sig- nificantly correlated with MPO (P 〈0.05). MPO, TGF-β1 expression was not correlated with CD15 expres- sion. Conclusion MPO, TGF-β1 and CD15 might have a potential role or interaction in the progress of car- cinogenesis, infiltration and metastasis. These results suggest that the detection of MPO combined with TGF- 131 and CD15 is a good indicator to access differentiation, infiltration, metastasis and prognosis. It also pro- vides a new method to study the mechanism of colon cancer and to find out treatment and prevention by using different gene changes.
