M2蛋白疫苗作为流感广谱疫苗的研究进展
摘要
2003年以来,H5N1亚型高致病性禽流感病毒先后在几十个国家暴发,其中有14个国家发现人感染禽流感的病例,甚至出现死亡的情况。时隔不久,2009年3月甲型H1N1流感在墨西哥暴发,这个病毒具有很强的传染性,短时间内在全球迅速蔓延,给世界各国带来了恐慌。经科学家分析发现,该病毒是甲型H1N1流感新病毒,是猪流感、禽流感和人流感3种流感病毒基因重组后产生的新毒株。在国际全球化的大背景下,世界各国、各地区的交流越来越频繁,流感病毒也随之传播,并可能发生重组或重配,不断变异出现新的流感毒株。
