胃肠道MRI造影剂钆喷酸葡胺口服溶液144例临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:进行胃肠道MRI造影剂钆喷酸葡胺口服溶液的临床验证,研究其用于胃肠道MRI造影的临床效果和安全性。材料与方法:钆喷酸葡胺口服溶液,含Gd-DTPA10mmol/L,使用时温开水稀释10倍。入选病例144例,其中134例上中腹病变患者口服给药,10例下腹病变患者灌肠给药,剂量为5~10ml/kg体重。观察给药前后胃肠道内信号及与临近器官对比显示情况,记录心率、呼吸频率的变化和不良反应。结果:钆喷酸葡胺口服溶液口服后能显著增强消化管腔内MR信号,较好地显示肝左叶、脾、胰腺的轮廓和胃肠腔占位病变。经灌肠给药能显著增加直肠与盆腔脏器间的对比清晰度。观察的144例患者未见明显的毒副反应,用药前后脉搏、呼吸频率均无明显变化。结论:钆喷酸葡胺口服溶液是安全。 Objective: To determine the efficacy and safety of meglumine gadopentetate oral solution as an MR contrast agent for the gastrointestinal tract.Materials and Methods:Meglumine gadopentetate oral solution, which contained 10mmol/L GdDTPA, was diluted 10fold with cold boiledwater just before use. 144 cases were observed. Among them, 134 patients with upper and middle abdomen diseases received the fluid orally (5~10ml/kg). For the other 10 patients with lower abdomen diseases, the fluid was administrated rectally. T1weighted imaging was performed before and after the administration. The MR images were scored for image quality, and the adverse reaction were recorded. The effect of meglumine gadopentetate oral solution on the images was estimated by visually interpreting the scan.Results:Meglumine gadopentetate oral solution is well tolerated. The MR signal intensity of the bowel enhances significantly after administration. Administered orally, the agent helps to differentiate the gastrointestinal tract from adjacent viscera. When administrated rectally, the agent also gets clear distinction between rectum and pelvic viscera. No apparent serious adverse effects were observed during the trial. The frequency of pulse and respiration didn't change apparently after administration, too.Conclusion: Meglumine gadopentetate oral solution is a safe and efficient MR contrast agent for the gastrointestinal tract.
