摘要
目的:为进一步探讨延髓内脏带的机能活动提供其形态学定位基础.方法:应用Nissl氏和Golgi氏染色方法,对大鼠延髓内脏带的细胞构筑进行观察.结果:初步确立该带为从锥体交叉平面至闩以上0.8mm平面间、宽约0.6mm~1.3mm弧形带状区,是由背内侧的迷走孤束复合体和最后区、腹外侧区的疑核和延髓腹外侧网状核,以及连接两者的中间带网状结构所构成.结论:本研究提示延髓内脏带内部以孤束核为中心、通过诸核团神经元之间存在的纤维联系、构成以延髓内脏活动调控为主的中枢.
Aim:In order to provide the morphological evidence for further physiological research of the medullary visceral zone (MVZ). Methods: Cytoarchitecture of the MVZ of the rat was examined by using traditional Nissl and Golgi staining methods. Results: The MVZ consisted of dorsomedial vagal solitary complex and area postrema, ventrolateral medulla and nucleus ambiguous, intermediate reticular formation. The MVZ was an arc band with width of 0.6 mm ̄1.3 mm from dorsomedial part to ventrolateral part in coronal section, and this arc band existed, rostra cadaully from pyramidal decussation to 0.8 mm rostral to obex. Conclusion: The present study, together with the previous studies, suggested that visceral regulatory area was formed in MVZ by the neuronal projections of nuclei, in which nucleus tractus solitarius might function as a center.
