超声引导经皮细针穿刺活检在胸部疾病诊断中的作用

Role of ultrasound guided fine needle percutaneous biopsy in the diagnosis of thoracic lesions

目的：探讨超声引导下经皮细针穿刺活检在各种胸部疾病诊断中的作用．方法：在实时超声显像引导下用２１ＧＳｕｒｅ－ｃｕｔ活检针对７１例各种胸部病变进行穿刺诊断．结果：穿刺成功率为１００％，其组织学和（或）细胞学阳性率为８４．５％，可疑阳性率为１１．３％，假阴性率为４．２％，总诊断准确度为９５．８％．结论：超声引导下经皮细针穿刺活检是诊断胸部疾病有效、安全及简便的方法，尤其是肺外周型病变鉴别诊断的最佳选择．

Aim:To evaluate the role of ultrasound guided fine needle percutaneous biopsy in patients with thoracic lesion. Methods: Ultrasound guided fine needle percutaneous biopsy with 21G Sure cut puncture needle was performed in 71 patients. Results: The successful puncture rate was 100%. The positive rate of histology and/or cytology was 84.5%, the suspicious positive rate was 11.3%, the false negative rate was 4.2%, the total diagnostic accuracy was 95.8%. Conclusion: This method is a useful, safe, and convenient diagnostic tool for thoracic lesions, especially for the differentiating diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary nodules.
