苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎相关细胞因子的变化 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎前后血清肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、干扰素γ(in-terferon-γ,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、白细胞介素12(interleukin-12,IL-12)、白细胞介素18(interleukin-18,IL-18)水平的变化。方法根据治疗结果,将56名患者分为3组:完全应答组、部分应答组和无应答组。检测患者治疗前及治疗3、6个月时血清TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-8、IL-12、IL-18水平。结果治疗3个月时血清TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-8、IL-12、IL-18水平达到最高,其后逐渐下降,治疗6个月时大部分低于治疗前水平。结论用苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者,早期观察其血清TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-8、IL-12、IL-18的变化对疗效及预后有一定的预测作用。 Objective To evaluate the changes in the expression of tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α), interferon- γ (INF- γ), in- terleukin(IL)-8, IL-12 and IL-18 in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) before and after oxymatrine treatment. Methods Totally 56 patients were divided into 3 groups: complete response group, partial response group and non-response group. The serum levels of TNF- α, INF- γ, IL-8, IL-12 and IL-18 in all the patients were detected pretherapy and after 3-month and 6-month treatment. Results The serum levels of TNF- α, INF- γ, IL-8, IL-12 and IL-18 reached the highest aftert 3-month treatment, then declined gradually, and most of them were lower after 3-month treatment than those pretherapy. Conclusion Early observation of the serum levels of TNF- α, INF- γ, IL- 8, IL-12 and IL-18 in CHB patients on oxymatrine treatment may play a role in the prediction of the therapeutic efficacy and prognosis.
