The responsibilities and tasks that infectious diseases hospitals undertake have been expanded in addressing public health emergencies. This paper expounds 8 responsibilities and tasks that infectious diseases hospitals undertake, such as information tracing, monitoring and early warning, training for prevention and treatment, etc., and puts forward 10 corresponding measures in the development of comprehensive abilities in the management of public health emergencies.
