摘要
介绍了邯郸市中心医院“模拟市场、分级核算、目标管理、质量否决”管理模式的具体做法。该院模拟市场进行医院内部管理,形成院内的竞争、价值、需求机制,提高全员市场意识,促进医院内涵建设与发展。改变医院原来的单级核算为院、科、组,直至职工个人的分级核算,让院内各科室之间的依赖关系为需求关系,同时实施目标管理和质量否决。
Intra - hospital market - type motivational and managerial mechanisms are explored and described, including; to learn what is advantageous and useful from theories and practices of markets; promote and form internal competition, value, demand and supply mechanisms so as to better use human and material resources; transform previous single - level to stratified hospital, department, group and person levels of accounting; set flexible and dynamic targets for the amount, types and benefits of services items to adapt to changing needs in market environment.
