摘要
结合医院实际,从两个方面阐述了医院分级管理对以病人为中心的促进,即医院分级管理在理论与思路上对医院以病人为中心的促进;医院分级管理在实践操作上对医院以病人为中心的促进。
From winthin the present labour insurance medical care system, many quality improvment initiatives, advantages and potentials can be taped, including: make professionally-based efforts for optimization of cost-efficient and effective preventive and therapeutic measures provided at diversified markets for health services; as a part of hospital services, conduct popular health knowledge education for the patient to become relatively independent; develop an environment of trust and cooperation between professionals, patients and funding agencies; adapt diagnostic and therapeutic programmes and procedures to the patient' s condition rather than to prescribe a standard method in every instance; increase flexibility, accessibility, portability and comprehensiveness of health services so that resources and services are client-centered, not provider-or facility-centered.
