摘要
本文用华勃式呼吸仪测定了褐飞虱Nilaparvate lugens及其捕食性天敌八斑球腹蛛Theridion octomaculatum 的呼吸代谢,探讨了温度、昼夜节律、捕食作用对褐飞虱和八斑球腹蛛呼吸代谢的影响。由此进一步估算了褐飞虱和八斑球腹蛛静止时呼吸代谢的能量消耗值。
The rates of respiration of the brown planthopper Nilaparvata lugens and the spider The-ridion octomaculatum were determined with Warburg respirometer at 30℃. The influence of various factors such as the developmental stage, sex and brachyptery in the planthopper and predation in the spider was studied. Based on the data obtained in the laboratory the energy expenditures of these two .species under different conditions were estimated.
