摘要
采用抗菌材料纳米载铜蒙脱石于不同浓度、不同温度、不同作用时间,分别对嗜水气单胞菌、荧光假单胞菌、副溶血弧菌(水产病原菌)及嗜酸乳酸杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌(肠道有益菌)进行杀菌作用比较。结果表明:随浓度增加,纳米载铜蒙脱石对嗜水气单胞菌、荧光假单胞菌和副溶血弧菌的杀菌效果不断增强;而对于枯草芽孢杆菌和嗜酸乳酸杆菌,杀菌作用虽有增加,但增加幅度较小。此外,不同温度,杀菌率不同,并随着时间的延长而增加。在30℃下,Cu2+-MMT对细菌的杀菌性能优于4℃。在30℃下培养嗜水气单胞菌、荧光假单胞菌、副溶血弧菌、嗜酸乳酸杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌12 h,杀菌率分别为100%、100%、100%、24.9%和25.6%。而在4℃培养24 h后,其杀菌率分别为83.9%、84.8%、84.6%、20.9%和21.4%。
The bactericidal effects of nano-copper bearing montmorillonite (Cu^2+ - MMT ) on Aeromonas hudrophila, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Pseudornonas fluorescens, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bacillus subtilis were investigated on each level and at different temperatures. The results showed that the germicidal effects on Aeromonas hudrophila, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Pseudomonas fluorescens increased with the concentration, and the effects on Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bacillus subtilis also somewhat increased, but to lower extent. In addition, the bactericidal efficiency differed depending on temperature, and increased with time. Cu^2+ - MMT showed a stronger bactericidal performance at 30 ℃ than at 4 ℃. The bactericidal efficiency was 100% in Aeromonas hudrophila, 100% in Vibrio parahaemolyticus, 100% in Pseudomonas fluorescens, 24.9% in Lactobacillus acidophilus and 25.6% in Bacillus subtilis after 12 h. bacterial culture at 30℃, However, at 4 ℃, the bactericidal efficiency was 83.9% ,84.8% ,84.6% ,20. 9% ,21.4% after 24 h bacterial culture. respectively. respectively,
