丁香油对罗非鱼的麻醉作用及其对血液指标和激素水平的影响 被引量:19

The anaesthetic effects of clove oil on tilapia(Oreochromis spp.) and its influence on haematological indices and hormone level

摘要 将丁香油以不同的体积比加入40 L水中制备成不同浓度梯度的麻醉剂,并分别在不同水温下对不同规格的罗非鱼进行了麻醉试验。结果显示,28℃水温时,随着丁香油浓度由0.05 mL/L增加到0.15 mL/L,罗非鱼麻醉、恢复时间均缩短。在0.1 mL/L浓度下,随着水温从21℃升高到28℃,罗非鱼麻醉、恢复时间也缩短。对罗非鱼成鱼作血液分析结果表明,血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白量(MCH)和平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)麻醉中的变化均分别与麻醉前、麻醉后变化差异显著(P<0.05);血浆中的尿酸(UA)和尿素氮(BUN),麻醉后24 h变化均分别与麻醉前、麻醉中表现显著差异(P<0.05);肌酐(CREA),麻醉前含量分别与麻醉中、麻醉后显著差异;促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)和皮质醇(COR),麻醉前含量明显高于麻醉中和麻醉后含量(P<0.05)。 In this experiment, different volume clove oil was added in the water directly to prepare anaesthetic to study the anaesthetic effect on tilapia (Oreochromis spp. ) with different body sizes at different water temperatures. The result showed that clove oil has good anaesthesia effect on tilapia. At water temperature of 28 ℃, both anaesthetic time and recovery time decreased when the concentrations of clove oil rose from 0.05 mL/L to 0.15 mL/L. At the concentration of O. 1 mL/L, both induction time and recovery time decreased similarly when the water temperature rose from 21 ℃ to 28 ℃. Under the condition of 28℃ and 0.1 mL/L, the result of haematological and biochemical examination of blood plasma of table-size tilapia showed that the values of hemoglobin ( HGB ) , haematocrit (HCT) , mean cell volume ( MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) in anesthetized tilapia were significantly different from those of pro-anaesthetized tilapia and post-anaesthetized tilapia, respectively ( P 〈 0.05 ). The values of uric acid (UA)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) in post-anaethetized tilapia were significantly different from those of in anaesthetized tilapia and pro-anaesthetized tilapia, respectively (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; while the values of creatinine (CREA)in pro-anaesthetized tilapia was significantly different from those anaesthetized tilapia and post-anaesthetized tilapia, respectively ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The concentrations of adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) and cortisol (COR) in pro-anaethetized tilapia were significantly higher than those of anaesthetized tilapia and post anaesthetized tilapia.
