Malfunction analysis and countermeasures for coal burner used in rotary kilns(PartⅠ)

一套完整的回转窑煤粉燃烧器基本上都由移动小车、喷燃管、燃油点火助燃装置、煤风和净风输送管与喷燃管之间的连接管等组成。对喷燃管可靠度的要求基本上可概括为三条:一是头部不变形、不烧蚀磨坏;二是尾部下煤处不磨漏磨穿;三是中间不弯曲。喷燃管机件的损坏原因与多种因素有关:一是材料,二是结构,三是配风,四是使用。目前国产好的煤粉燃烧器,无论其性能和可靠度均达到了国际先进水平,且价格便宜。

Basically,a complete set of coal burner system for rotary kiln is composed of traveling guide carriage,burning tube,fuel ignition device,and connecting pipes from coal powder supplier,fresh air source to burning tube.Main requirements to the reliability of burner consist in three points,i.e.no deformation and/or ablation destroy at head part,no coal powder leakage because of abrasion at end part,and no bending deflection in the middle part.Several factors may cause the failure of components in burner system,and they could be unqualified material,unreasonable structure,and improper air distribution or other operation.At present,a good quality domestic-made coal burner has reached international advanced level in both performance and reliability,and of cause,more cheep in price.
