摘要
贝利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥熟料的矿物组成主要有C3S、C2S、C3A、C4AF和C2.75B1.25A3,其早期和长期强度均较高。研究水泥水化放热速率的结果表明:石膏掺量为10%的贝利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥(BS),预诱导期阶段水化放热速率高,诱导期持续时间长,加速期曲线峰型尖锐。石膏掺量不同时水化放热量总量基本相同,均介于硅酸盐水泥(PC)和贝利特水泥(BE)之间。该水泥水化产物主要有含钡AFt、CH、C-S-H凝胶及少量CAH10、C3AH6等,相同龄期时比贝利特水泥水化程度高,水化铝酸钙转化为AFt的量较多。其早期水化程度略低,水化程度增进率高,15d左右就超过了硅酸盐水泥,且各龄期水化程度和水化速度都远远超过贝利特水泥。
Main mineral composition of belite-barium calcium sulpho-aluminate(BS)cement clinker consists in C\S,C_,S,C,A,C..AF and C275BI25A3,hich have both high early and long term compressive strengths.Heat liberation rate during cement hydration process is studied,and the result shows that BS cement with 10% gypsum intermingled has a higher heat liberation rate in pre-induction period with longer inductive period lasting,and its acceleratory period curve is more aculeate.With different gypsum intermingled rate,the total heat liberation quantity of BS cement is basically the same and ranged between Portland cement and belite cement.The hydration products of BS cement are mainly AFt,CH,C-S-H gel and a few of CAH10,c3AH6 etc.The hydration degree of BS cement is higher than that of belite cement at the same age,and its transforming quantity from hydrated calcium aluminates(AH,gel)to AFt is also more.The hydration degree of BS cement in early period is a little lower,but its growth speed is high,and will exceed Portland cement in about 15 days.Besides,its hydration degree and hydration rate at different ages are all far more exceeding belite cement.
