回转窑内煤粉燃烧机理数值模拟的研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对一回转窑建立模型进行煤粉燃烧的数值模拟,其中气相采用k-ε双方程湍流模型,离散相采用颗粒轨道模型,燃烧采用非预混燃烧结合简化的PDF模型,辐射采用P1模型。数值模拟计算结果揭示了挥发分释放与燃烧的过程以及焦炭的燃烧机理,为煤粉在回转窑内的优化燃烧提供了重要的理论参考依据。 Taking rotary kiln as a specimen,numerical simulation model of coal powder combustion is established within which,k-e two-equation gas turbulence model is adopted for gas phase,particle orbit model is for dispersion phase,non-premixed combustion model combined with simplified PDF model is for combustion process,and PI radiation model is for the radiation course.Calculation results have exposed the process of volatile releasing during burning and the mechanism of coke combustion,which could provide important theoretical references to optimize combustion process of pulverized coal in rotary kilns.
