摘要
在分析雨水利用工程设计需水要求的基础上,按照以需定供的原则,计算确定了雨水利用工程的集流面数量。同时,应用工程水文学基本原理,借鉴水库调洪演算基本方法,提出了雨水利用工程蓄水设施典型年法计算方法,实现了雨水集蓄利用工程集流面与蓄水设施的最佳匹配和经济利用,显著提高了雨水利用工程的规划、设计水平,对提高雨水利用工程的使用效益具有十分重要指导作用。
Based on an analysis of water demand for rainwater utilization, the number of runoff-collected field of rainwater utilization is accumulated according to the demand-decided model. Meanwhile, according to the basic principles of engineering hydrology and reservoir flood routing, we propose the methods of typical year for collecting water infrastructure of rainwater utilization, make the runoff-collected field and collecting water infrastructure optimum match, and economic use promote remarkably the level of projection and designation for water utilization projects. All of these serve as a guide to promoting the benefit of water utilization projects.
