摘要
三峡-葛洲坝区间由于受到水库调度影响,水流条件复杂,传统流量测验手段远远不能满足防汛报汛需求。在长江水利委员会水平式声学多普勒流速仪(Horizontal Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler,H-ADCP)在线流速监测数据基础上,运用小波分析技术提取指标流速,利用人工神经网络处理指标流速与断面平均流速的非线性映射关系,建立H-ADCP实时流量在线监测系统,利用该系统可以实时推算出三峡-葛洲坝区间断面流量,为防汛报汛和水文资料整编提供及时、准确的水文情报。
Becasuse of the complex water flow of reservoir dispatching in the Sanxia-Gezhouba area. conventional hydrometry cannot meet the needs of flood-reporting. This paper extracted index-velocity from H-ADCP on-line velocity monitoring by a wavelet analysis, and an online discharge calculation model that be based upon nonlinear mapping between index-velocity and average velocity using artificial neural network under complex water flow is proposed. The real-time river section discharge in the Sanxia-Gezhouba area can be calculated. The system provides timely and accurate hydrological data for flood-reporting.
