膜分离技术在超纯透析液制备中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 采用2级反渗透膜法处理城市自来水为医用纯水,并将纯水用于配制透析浓缩液,最后应用超滤膜法净化工艺制备超纯透析液,整个工艺流程运行结果表明,应用膜分离法制备的超纯透析液,有害离子指标大幅低于标准含量,残留余氯质量浓度<0.01mg·L-1,细菌培养结果为0cfu·mL-1,内毒素<0.03EU·mL-1,达到美国AAMI-2004标准规定的超纯透析治疗要求,可以有效提高治疗质量。 The two-stage reverse osmosis membrane was used to prepare pure water for medical use. The pure water was used to prepare concentrated dialysis solution and to prepare ultra pure dialysis solution by ultrafiltration membrane purification finally. The entire process resulted that the concentrations of harmful ions in the ultra pure dialysis solution were significantly lower than the national standard. The residual chlorine concentration was less than 0.01 mg·L^-1, the result of bacteria culture was 0 cfu·mL^-1 and the endotoxin concentration was 0.03 EU·mL^-1. These results have reached the AAMI-2004 standards of ultra pure dialysis in U.S. and can effectively improve the quality of treatment.
