摘要
针对传统摩擦理论的局限性以及摩擦学白层与绝热剪切白带的相似性,提出运用装甲材料内部绝热剪切带的本构失稳的临界条件模型,分析渐进式安全钳摩擦副工作后表面微观状况,对渐进式安全钳制动过程的摩擦系数变化进行分析研究,揭示有关规律。此外,还研究了滑动摩擦接触点的尺寸以及接触点的生成和消亡过程,实验观察到的接触点尺寸与运用分形理论对摩擦表面接触尺寸计算值相符合。
Be directed against the limit of traditional frictional theory and the similarity between the white tier of tribophysics and shearing white section of heat insulation, this paper analyzes the tribo-surface microcosmic condition of progressive safety gear after being engaged with the model of structural unstability critical condition of internal heat- insulation shearing section for armored material, make a study of change of the coefficient of friction within the course of progressive safety gear engaged to reveal the related law, and also study of the dimensions of sliding friction contact point and its course of producing to eliminating. The dimensions of contact point obtained by testing conform to the calculation result of the dimensions of tribo-surface contact point.
