摘要
对纳米氧化铝/环氧树脂/6904体系性能进行了研究,考察了不同纳米氧化铝用量对复合体系力学性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜观察纳米氧化铝/环氧树脂复合材料的断面形貌。结果表明:纳米氧化铝的加入量为5phr时力学性能相对最高,相对纯环氧树脂25℃、100℃、200℃剪切强度分别增加22.95%、27.63%和74.21%,弯曲强度和拉伸强度分别提高59.38%和63.65%,弯曲挠度和伸长率分别提高76%和4.14%。扫面电镜结果表明,少量的纳米氧化铝可以较好地分散在环氧树脂中,一定量的纳米氧化铝的加入可以提高环氧树脂的韧性。
The mechanical properties of epoxy/nano-Al2O3/6904 composite were studied. The effects of different nano- Al2O3 addition on the mechanical properties of composite were investigated, and the fracture morphology was observed with using SEM. The resuh showed that the composite had a relatively most excellent mechanical property when the addition of nano- Al2O3 was 5phr. The shear strength at 25℃, 100℃ and 200℃ increased by 22.95%, 27.63% and 74.21% respectively, the bending strength and tensile strength increased by 59.38% and 63.65% respectively, the bending deflection raised by 76% and the elongation improved by 4.14%. SEM results showed that a small number of nano-Al2O3 could be evenly dispemed in epoxy resin, and the toughness of epoxy resin was enhanced when add a certain amount of nano- Al2O3.
