摘要
为了制备满足特殊场合使用的具有长表干时间的湿固化聚氨酯胶黏剂,通过分子设计软段结构合成了带有苯环的主链无规的多元醇,采用核磁共振波谱仪的一维和二维技术对其核磁共振各种图谱进行综合分析,得到了样品的组成,并且利用2DNMR方法测定了其中主要成分,序列结构。比较了不同软段结构制备胶黏剂产品性能上的差异,最后通过改进P-3,制得的胶黏剂较其他胶黏剂有更长的表干时间,同时力学性能也得到了保证,满足企业的要求。
Moisture curing polyurethane adhesive with long open time is prepared in order to be applied in some special situations. Benzene ring is introduced into random main chain polyol by molecular design. 1D and 2D spectrums of this polymer sample are measured by NMR. The analysis results of the spectra are allowed to specify the composition, structure and sequence of the sample. Adhesive performances with different soft segmental structures are compared. It is found that polyurethane adhesive with random main chain polyol P-3 has longer open time. According to the test, this moisture curing polyurethane adhesive with long open time can meet enterprise's requirements.
