摘要
多元金属硫化物光催化剂可通过调节其组成来调控能带结构,使其吸收边红移,实现可见光响应,有效提高光催化反应性能。综述了固溶体型和ABmCn型两大类多元金属硫化物的研究进展,介绍了水热法、共沉淀法及固相反应法等多元金属硫化物光催化剂的制备方法以及此类光催化剂在光催化分解水制氢和降解有机染料等方面的应用。
The energy band structures of multi-metal sulfide photocatalysts were regulated and controlled through changing their composition, which induces the rod shift of their UV-Vis absorption edge, realizes respond to visible light, and effectively increases the photocatalytic reaction performance. In this paper, recent research progress in solid solution type and ABmCn. type multi-metal sulfides was reviewed. The preparation technologies of the multiple sulfides mentioned above, including hydro-thermal method, co-precipitation method and solid state reaction method were introduced. Their application in the field of water decomposing into H2 and photocatalytic degradation of organic dye was discussed.
