A Dental Adhesion Material Applied in the Fields of Chemistry, Biology and Medicine

摘要 介绍一种牙科医用高分子材料在口腔中的应用,以季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、氮化硅为原料,制备了复合材料,研究和讨论了该胶的原料配比等对它性能的影响。利用粒子界面特性,在进行界面聚合时,用Si3N4作无机填料(经特殊处理)与有机树脂起化学结合,制备了含Si3N4的聚合物材料,在口腔临床修复中,效果良好,这种特殊性能的新型材料具有高压缩强度、耐磨、高硬度、热膨胀系数小的优点,是一种有前途的医用高分子材料,它将改变医学方面的概念,对促进人类健康长寿起十分重要的作用。 The application of a medical polymer used for dental cement in oral cavity was introduced. The composite was synthesized with using pentaerythritol tetra-acrylate and silicon nitride as raw materials. The effects of raw materials proportion and other factors on the properties of adhesive were investigated. The polymer material containing Si3N4 was prepared by chemical reaction between inorganic filler Si3N4 (after special treatment) and organic resin. In this interracial polymerization, the character of particles was utilized. This material can be effectively used in clinical oral cavity. It has high compressive strength, abrasion resistance and hardness and low thermal expansion coefficient.
