摘要 对汽车半轴套管的精密成形进行了试验研究。通过金属网格试验和变形力的测试,提出了用无缝钢管坯料在300t摩擦压力机和500t液压机上分两个工步得到合格锻件的新工艺。与胎模锻相比,新工艺可提高材料利用率近20%,并且机加工量减少30%以上,经济效益十分明显。对金属变形过程进行了分析,并运用主应力法导出了计算变形力的公式,试验结果和理论计算相吻合。这种新工艺也适用于长管件,可对石油、化工等行业的类似零件进行精密模锻。 Precision forming of automobile half-axle tubes is investigated by test. Based on metallic grid test and test of deform-ing force, a new technology for forge pieces up to standard is presented. By using the new technology instead of the fatalmembrane forging, the rate of maerial utilization can be increased by 20%, machining manhour can be cut down bymore than 30%. The metal deforming course is analyzed, and the equation for calculating the deforming force is wothedout by using the principal stress method. The result of test accoals with the calculated values. The new technology canalso be adapted to machiniop of long pipes that ale similar to the half-axle tube in structure.
