摘要
地面驱动螺杆泵工作时,转子在抽油杆的驱动下,在定子橡胶内作顺时针旋转运动。转子施加给定子的扭矩,相对于螺杆泵顶部与油管之间连接螺纹是一个逆时针的卸扣扭矩。锚定装置即是用来抵抗这个反扭矩对上部油管与螺杆泵螺纹连接处的卸扣作用。现有水力式、张力式、压缩式、翻板式和旋转式等多种锚定装置,其工作原理、使用效果和常见失效形式多有不同,其中以张力式油管锚和旋转式油管锚较宜于对螺杆泵的锚定及解锚。给出了螺杆泵管柱轴向力及周向扭矩综合作用的计算方法和张力式油管锚锚定力及上提高度的计算方法,并进行了实例计算。
In operation of a surface drive screw pump, driven hy the sucker rod string, the rotor rotates clockwise in the statorrubber. An anchor device is designed for countemeting the toryue on the stator exerted by the rotor which may cause un-screwing on the cormection of the screw pump and tubing. There are hydrilic type, tensile tyPe, comPressive tyPe,plate turnoer type and rotary type anchoring devices, and amog them the lensile type and rotary type anchoring devicesare suitable for the anchoring and disanchoring of the screw pump. The metheds for calculating drial foree and cireumfer-ential tompe on screw pump string and the anchorng foree and lifting height of a tensile type tubing anchor, and an ex-ample of calculation is presented.
