In recent years, the world civil aviation market set off a wave of reorganization. Whether civil aviation market in China should join the wave to become the focus of the industry. As to the market structure, according to the study of market concentration, China's civil aviation market has been an oligopoly market. With regard to market performance, based on the analysis of DEA models, the airline technical efficiency, purely technical efficiency and scale efficiency are all invalid.
